Returns & Replacements

Damages:

NYE Motorsports packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage may occasionally occur in transit. Please inspect your package(s) immediately prior to accepting delivery. Damages and evidence of tampering must be reported to us and to the shipping carrier immediately. It is extremely important that the contents of the shipment be thoroughly inspected upon receipt for the shipping damage. If damage is observed and found, simply refuse the package due to the damage.

Returns for Refund or Exchange:

If you received a wrong item, please contact us within 2 business days from the date of receipt to obtain a valid RMA number. Replacements will only be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by our returns department. If you install or modify parts ordered in any way whatsoever, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds or exchanges.

  • All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number. This is only possible by contacting us. Please have the following ready when making a claim: Name, Order number, Date of Purchase and email address.
  • Special order items or custom order items are not eligble for a return.
  • Returns must contain all original documents, instructions, stickers, hardware, etc. If anything is missing from the package the customer will be charged for the missing parts.

Defective Parts:

  • All defective parts that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty will be returned to the manufacturer for a refund / exhchange. NYE Motorsports is not responsible for defective parts and in no way does NYE Motorsports individually warranty any parts sold. NYE Motorsports will however, aid the customer in returning the defective product to the manufacturer. Please contact us if you are experiencing a defective product.

Restocking Fees:

  • Upon approval of the return a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds:

  • Upon approval, refunds will be issued in the same manner it was paid minus restocking fees and all shipping fees.
  • All returned item(s) will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and returned to us within 14 days of receiving an RMA number.
  • RMA number(s) expire 14 days after they are issued. Items returned without an RMA number or using an expired RMA number will be refused.
  • Note: Separate RMA numbers should be obtained for different orders.
  • In the case of error on our end, the customer will not be responsible for any freight/shipping charges incurred with the return or exchange and the restocking fee will be waived.
  • In the case of error, please contact our Customer Service within 2 days of receiving the item to generate a RMA number for exchange.
  • Upon receiving the return an inspection will take place; items found to be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and in original undamaged packaging will be credited less any applicable restocking fee. Items found to be used, installed, not resalable, or with missing or damaged original product packaging will not be credited and the item will be returned to the customer at customers expense.
