Ordering

All orders placed with NYE Motorsports by (phone, internet/web & e-mail) constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed on NYEMotorsports.com and all conditions listed on this page. All parts shall remain the property of NYE Motorsports until paid in full.

In the event that our computer server/database encounters technical difficulties which may cause problems with our product pricing or shipping calculations, we will correct all discrepancies at the time of processing. Customers will be notified of any errors and will have the option to continue with their order with corrected totals or cancel their order. We will not be held responsible for any miscalculated totals due to errors.

All orders sold to an Ohio address must pay 6.5% Ohio Sales Tax. This is required by the State of Ohio. In the event an order placed on the web does not calculate sales tax and the order is being shipped to an Ohio address, we will calculate the sales tax when the order is processed. In the event sales tax is calculated incorrectly we will calculate the correct rate for you. There will be no notification made regarding the adjustment of the total amount of the order reflecting sales tax or corrected sales tax.

All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Product photos are for illustration purposes only - some product colors/pigmentation may differ from actual photos.

Payment, Pricing, Promotions

NYE Motorsports Accepts the following Payment methods for all orders placed on our website, over the phone or via email:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) shipping address must match billing address.
  • NYE Motorsports Paypal Address: NYEMotorsports1@gmail.com Please Note: We only accept Paypal payments from VERFIED accounts with CONFIRMED shipping address.
  • International Orders: NYE Motorsports will ONLY accept Paypal. PayPal payment must be listed as a Seller Protection Policy 'Eligible' on the transaction details page and must be a CONFIRMED address. Payments will be accepted in U.S. currency only.
  • We do not accept International Credit Cards.
  • For some credit card / Paypal orders we may require extra identification from the card holder to complete your transaction. This is to protect you and us from any unauthorized orders or fraudulent transactions.

Cancellation Policy

NYE Motorsports processes your order electronically, therefore, your order may be processed when you "complete purchase". We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order if it has not shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish change or cancel your order.

Your order must be confirmed by a Customer Service Rep that it has not shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer. Once confirmed, you will be issued a credit or refund minus cancellation fees

Orders already shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer cannot be cancelled and will fall under the Returns for Refund or Exchange guidelines.

Warranty

Merchandise is warranted against defects of material or workmanship when properly installed. Any claims for damage or defects to products must be reported prior to installation. All merchandise warranties are limited to replacing or repairing any part returned to us which upon inspection, is found to be defective. Claims for labor charges will not be allowed. Manufacturer warranty's fall outside of the responsibility of NYE Motorsports. All warranty claims will ultimately go through the specific Manufacturer.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All items are shipped out via Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, or DHL (international only), it is our preference which one we choose. NYE Motorsports has several distribution warehouses located throughout the US that aides in expediting orders to the customer. Not all of these warehouses use the same shipping company. Typically we will choose the carrier that gets the product to you the quickest. In certain case an item may even ship directly from the manufacturer.
  • All in stock items will be shipped out within 1 business days after we receive the payment, except for weekends, Holidays and international orders.
  • If your item is being shipped internationally, you are responsible for paying all fees, taxes, and any expenses above and beyond the normal purchase and shipping price. Please contact us via email before making a purchase. Please include your phone number on any international order. It is needed for shipping purposes.
  • AK, HI, International, FPO, APO, GU, PR, and VI do not qualify for free shipping over $100.00. Only the Continental 48 United States qualifies for the free shipping promo. It is your responsibility to contact us for an individual shipping quote for these areas. If you place an order without contacting us first there will be a delay in processing your order.
  • If you wish to make a change to your chosen shipping option after your order has been place you will need to contact us immediately. Most orders are processed as soon as the customer submit's the order. Once the order is processed certain changes to shipping cannot be made or will require a fee to make the change so please contact us before placing an order for any special instructions.

Shipping and Handling charges are based on the following:

  • The delivery option you choose
  • The weight, size and dimensions of your items
  • Your shipping preferences

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • 1-2 Business Days for Order Process
  • 1-5 Days Transit Time for US Continental Shipments.  5-7 for AK, HI.
  • 5-30 Days Transit Time for International Shipments

Due to the nature of e-commerce it is possible for an item to be oversold.  If this is the case we will contact you immediately, we will fill the orders on a first come, first serve basis.

Back Orders:

  • We will notify you immediately in the event of a backorder. 
  • If you choose to keep the order it will stay on back order for no longer than 60 days and you may cancel the order at anytime within. 
  • Full refunds will be given on all out of stock items or an back orders that are canceled.
  • We continually seek updates on backordered items and update your order status until the backorder is filled.
